What equipment do children have to bring?
Students must go up the slopes with the basic material, with appropriate clothing for skiing. That includes a helmet, gloves, glasses and sun cream.
Skis, poles and boots will also be necessary, in case they do not make use of the ski locker in the Era Escòla building at Baqueira 1800 (Only Ski Camp Baqueira).
At the start time of the class, students must wear their boots and skis.
It is recommended that you also bring a small bottle of water and a snack.

Do students have to have a Ski Pass (Baqueira Pass)?
Yes, it is essential to have the ski pass (Baqueira Pass).
The process to obtain the ski pass (Baqueira Pass) will be the responsibility of the student.
Era Escòla will not carry out this process.

Is it mandatory to wear the Ski Camp uniform?
The club uniform is optional, although we offer the possibility of purchasing it at an affordable price.
How do you identify a student who is not wearing the Ski Camp uniform?
Era Escòla makes identification bibs available to students free of charge, for their location. Every day of class, at the end of the day, the bibs will be delivered to the teacher.
Where is the meeting point?
The meeting points are in front of the Era Escòla buildings, in each of the three areas in which Ski Camp is taught.

Do students have to bring lunch?
Lunch is optional. During the class there is a short break for students to rest and regain strength. So it is convenient that they bring lunch or, failing that, they can buy something in the cafeteria.
How are the groups organized?
The groups are organized by level and age.
How is class time organized?
The time is organized through theoretical-practical classes, training the student in the technique of alpine skiing, completed with other activities such as snowboarding, cross-country skiing and/or snowshoeing. Complementary activities to alpine skiing will be notified in advance to the student’s parents or guardians, so that they can prepare the necessary material.
Do students always go to the same teacher?
Usually they go with the same teacher, except if for organizational reasons, it is necessary to make a change.
What if the weather is bad?
Normally, bad weather is a complementary condition to skiing and provides students with an excellent adaptation to the climate, snow and environment. If the conditions are extreme, classes are suspended and students take refuge in one of the buildings that Era Escòla has in Baqueira Beret.
What is the protocol in case a student is unwell in class?
The teacher will take the student to the nearest Era Escòla facilities and the parents or legal guardians will be notified. If urgent attention is required, contact the emergency telephone number at the Baqueira Beret station, available on the back of the ski pass (Baqueira Pass), so that they can apply their action protocol in case of emergency.
What is the protocol in case of an accident on the slopes?
In the event of an accident, the teacher will mark the position to protect the injured party and the remaining group of students, and will call the emergency telephone number at the Baqueira Beret station, available on the back of the ski pass (Baqueira Pass), indicating the exact location. so that they apply their action protocol in case of emergency.
